Our London Office was opened in 2003 originally situated at Victoria and in 2004, due to expansion we moved to Queen Anne’s Gate, close to Westminster in the centre of London. Now operating from a state of the art building in Vine Hill there is a dedicated service operation, which offers guaranteed service response within 4 hours, and 2010 performance levels of just over 2 hours to attend to reported faults.
Our key account management team support the rapid growth in larger users. The operation is lead by Kevin Paterson, who has 14yrs experience in working with Concept throughout several different Departments within the Group and he has the backing of a large dedicated team of professional Sales Consultants and Service Engineers covering the London area. Charles Mearns has key account and production equipment management responsibility in London. The office has been successful in winning a number of blue chip accounts by providing a complete document solution.
