Concept are delighted to be the official supplier of digital documents solutions to the Assembly Rooms Press Office during the Edinburgh International Festival. The Festival has now been running since 1947, and is the largest Arts and Entertainment Festival in the world. For more than twenty years the Assembly Theatre has been a focal point for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe presenting over 1,000 productions to over 1.5 million people.
The Assembly Rooms Requirements
Obviously this amount of people and productions requires a tremendous amount of organisation as well as generating huge interest from the media. The Press Office is always buzzing with activity whether it is day or night and requires the latest digital document solutions to produce reviews and other information for performers as well as carry out various other administrative functions.
Concept Solution
Concept have supplied several Digital Multifunctional devices to meet the Theatre's Print, Copy and Fax requirements. In addition, Concept have also supplied 11 Hewlett Packard Laptops for use in the Press Office.
Concept have also got into the Festival Spirit by dressing the Assembly Rooms windows on George Street. The window themes combine some of the festival genres with the cutting-edge solutions that Concept provide, including the very latest Digital Signage technology.
