Concept sponsors Clydebank Bowling Club Open Fours Competition
Concept Goup have been involved in the sponsorship of the Open Fours Competition for the past fours years now. This year the competition was played out by 28 teams of four players, 8 teams representing Clydebank Bowling Club and 20 teams from other clubs throughout Scotland. The day was closely contested and there were some excellent bowls played, and more importantly, the was a great atmosphere amongst the players with good weather helping all to enjoy the day.
The semi finals were played out between two Clydebank teams, a team of younger members from Dalmuir Bowling Club and a team from Victoria Park Bowling Club. The team who out-performed the rest to claim the title for 2009 were Victoria Park Bowling Club (Jim Parlane, John McHugh, John McKenzie and Scott McKenzie), seen below with Concept's Sharon Flynn and Club President Jim Sommerville.
