Native XGA resolution
The LV-X7 projects at XGA resolution (1024 x 768 pixels) for sharply defined
images with crisp, legible text. Maximum resolution is UXGA (1600 x 1200) using high-quality
compression.
Gentle brightness
A controlled 1500 lumens output delivers sufficient brightness while being
gentle on the eyes of children and teachers passing in front of the beam. Progressive scan
technology further reduces eyestrain by keeping images smooth and flicker-free.
500:1 contrast ratio
A contrast ratio of 500:1 delivers deeper blacks, brighter whites and richer
colours - ideal for projecting text or colour-intensive learning materials.
Virtually silent
The LV-X7 is optimised for learning environments. Quiet Mode's near-silent
25dBA operation suppresses distracting fan hum, keeping classroom attention fixed firmly on your
lesson.
Flexible placement
A wide-angle Canon 1.6x zoom lens projects 100 inch images from just 2.9
metres away - perfect for smaller classrooms.
Keystone correction
Vertical Keystone Correction compensates for picture distortion that occurs
when the projector is tilted towards the screen. The LV-X7 can compensate for tilt angles up to ±30
degrees.
Natural colours, whatever the background
Screen Colour Correction eliminates the hassle and cost of projector screens.
Settings are optimised to preserve the natural colour of images when projecting onto classroom
chalkboards and other coloured backgrounds.
Fast start-up and shutdown
An 8-second start-up time means the LV-X7 is ready to project as soon as class
begins. And with a cool down time of just 30 seconds, there's no delay with packing up afterwards.
Excellent value
With an impressive 4000 hour lamp life in Quiet Mode, the LV-X7 is extremely
economical. Power Saving mode helps with energy costs by automatically shutting down if no video
signal is detected for a predefined period.
Portable and compact
Weighing just 2.9kg and supplied with a soft carry case as standard, the LV-X7 can be carried between classrooms with ease. A footprint of 310mm x 265mm - barely bigger than a sheet of A4 paper - makes storage just as easy.
